Michaël is the founder of MDHospitality and coordinates the various divisions and the general development of all activities. A graduate of hotel management in Maastricht and fluent in four languages, Michaël has been working as an independent entrepreneur in the hospitality industry for more than 15 years.
He is a strategic visionary and puts his skills at the service of his partners and colleagues. Michaël, who is particularly attracted to development and innovation, is always on the cutting edge and always tries to stay ahead of current market trends.
He coaches MDHospitality with a true vision and a indulgent look on the entire team.
Charline Gillet
Chief Operating Officer
Charline is responsible for the overall operations at MDHospitality.
She coordinates all operational, administrative and financial tasks and actively cooperates with our partners in managing their missions. Meticulous and well organised, Charline has an eye for detail, quality work and meeting deadlines. She is highly visible both internally and externally and perfectly reconciles the multidisciplinary nature of her job with the management of priorities.
Recognised for her high level of professionalism and unwavering commitment, she has made her position a central and leading one at MDHospitality.
Stylish and friendly, colourful and fun. A fruit that is not lacking any selfconfidence. We could have preferred a banana, but no, we chose the pineapple to represent the image of MDHospitality.
